Rainbow Scrap Challenge 2021 for April: Starting on the new color

April may bring Spring showers but it also brings a new color for the month!  Angela has asked us to work with Light or Bright Blues this month.  since I have so many RSC projects that I am working on, I'm trying to tackle them a little each week so it's not so daunting.  The good news is that I am also in the process of working on "Daily Blocks" projects so the RSC blocks can be leader/enders for those (or vice versa).

So to start it off, since I had a pink block from January's color still left to do for my "Scrappy Hexagons" RSC project, I decided to tackle that first along with a block for this month.

The Salmon pink block now joins the two others I made in other shades of pink in February and I now have one using just light blues for this month.

As I was pulling blue fabrics I saw that I did have a lot of bright blues too so I think I will also make one in that shade of the color as well.

No rush on making the second block.  If I don't get it done this month, I can add it to the work on the hexagons next month!

Linking up with So Scrappy to see how everyone has started off the month!
